Family Day: Cut and Glue

Sat 14 Jan 2023 , 12pm / 1pm / 2pm

  • Tickets Free (Advance Booking Required)
  • Ground Floor Gallery
A collage of magazine, newspaper and other clippings are assembled with a renaissance style portrait of a face to create the figure of a person wearing a crown. It is placed on top of red and orange card.

Taking inspiration from our ‘Making Art Photography’ exhibition, first we’ll look together at the interesting ways that artists work with photographs and use a range of materials to create something different. Next, we will investigate if we can do the same thing - cutting, sticking, shaping, collaging, wondering.

SESSIONS ARE FREE, BUT SPACE IS LIMITED.
SESSION 1: 12PM-12.50PM
SESSION 2: 1PM-1.50PM
SESSION 3: 2PM-2.50PM
MAX 50 PER WORKSHOP
