Susan Connolly commenced her residency in June 2006, and began to work on developing her unique painting style. She was also involved in Draíocht’s adult education programme during Autumn 2006.
Susan is an artist from Sallins, Co Kildare. She graduated with a BA in Fine Art from Limerick School of Art and Design in 1998 and an MA in Fine Art from the University of Ulster in 2002. Susan featured in a solo exhibition in Draíocht’s First Floor Gallery in January 2006. Previous exhibitions included a solo show at the Queen Street Gallery, Belfast, 2005; Full Circle at Temple Bar, 2004; 6 x 6 Exhibition of Irish Art, 4 x 4, Gallery, China; US Live, Guinness Store House, 2003; E+VA, Limerick, 2003; amongst others.
