The Bolton Academy of Irish Dance presents Mystic Rhythm, a blend of traditional and show inspired modern choreography of Irish Dancing. This show will feature talented children between the ages of 5 and 22. Our dancers have competed to the highest level at the Dublin, Leinster and World Championships. For some of these dancers it will be their second or third performance on the Draíocht stage.
The Bolton Academy has additionally performed in Disneyland Paris on the Videopolis Stage as well as at various events in Ireland such as the Riverdanceathon presented by Riverdance at the Gaiety Theatre and Bloom in the Phoenix Park and for numerous charitable events.
Our dancers will showcase an upbeat performance with a high-level of professionalism. The dances we have chosen to perform, include a variety of traditional movements and music while other dances will incorporate music from Irish dancing shows with our own modern choreography. Our dancers aim to captivate the audience with their enthusiasm and their dance execution which will be to the highest of standards fit for the Draíocht stage.
