Join us for a free, fun‑filled week‑long movement project inspired by the colourful scribbles, shapes and playful energy of Lucy Hill’s summer exhibition Colourings. Together we’ll explore how lines, loops and bursts of colour can come alive through dance, movement and performance in public spaces.
Over 5 half days (30th May-5th June), participants will attend daily dance classes in contemporary dance, improvisation skills, breakdance and movement exploration, and collaborate with professional dancers in a creative and inspiring environment.
Then on the last day, Saturday 6th June, participants and professional dancers will work together, showcasing their moves, and encouraging audience participation, as part of Cruinniú na nÓg in Draíocht.
No experience is needed - just curiosity, playfulness and an interest in movement, creativity or visual storytelling.
Come join us, learn new skills, make something totally unique, and perform alongside professionals this summer!
