Come along and create two mini-Zines - one to keep, one to trade.
This workshop starts with a short talk by Rich Gilligan about some of the Zines he has made himself and collected over the years, as well as things to think about when sequencing your Zine. Then we'll move on and get everyone making an 8-page Zine. After this, participants can choose to create another 8-page through to a 32-page Zine, and trading is encouraged!
Please bring your smartphone or tablet, loaded with the photos from specific projects you want to work with to make your Zine.
Also bring your willingness to chat and trade a Zine with another participant.
A selection of Zine pages from the workshop may then be selected and exhibited in Draíocht's First Floor Gallery.

The Zine production platform we are working with, works best with an iPhone or iPad, and on a Safari browser.
All paper, printing & production supplies will be provided - please bring your own tablet and/or phone.
Each Zine is printed on A4 paper and trimmed down.
