Rich Gilligan & Tobi Bello

Over the next 8 months, artist and photographer Rich Gilligan is going to mentor fellow artist and photographer Tobi Bello.

Both Dublin 15 artists will meet regularly and during that time they will discuss their work and practice. These professional development sessions will enable Tobi broaden the scope of her personal practice, increase networking opportunities, and contribute to her portfolio.

Tobi Bello was recently visual artist in residence in Draíocht's artists studio in January 2025, and Rich Gilligan's exhibition 'The First Draft' was in Draíocht's Ground Floor Gallery from February to May 2025.

This mentorship is supported by Draíocht.

A photographer from Dublin working between Ireland & NYC. Rich Gilligan recently presented The First Draft, an exhibition in Draíocht, in collaboration with Fingal County Council Arts Office, for the 13th edition of Amharc Fhine Gall.

Artist

A Nigerian/Irish visual artist working across photography and painting, with a background in both creative production and community engagement.
