Artist Support - The Selfish Giant

Draíocht was delighted to welcome to our Main Stage Bairbre Ni Chaoimh, Michael James Ford and three endearing puppet children, created by master puppeteer, Martin Cahill, for the filming of 'The Selfish Giant'; funded by The Linenhall Arts Centre, Castlebar.

Always exhilarating to have artists in our spaces. All we need now are audiences!

Draíocht's Artist Support Series, launched during Covid-19, helped 79 artists with more than 150 days of free rehearsal and creative space from July-December 2020. Space to rehearse, write, create, film, dance, think & plan... whatever was needed!
