Arts Council Capacity Building Grant: Dr Francesca La Morgia

Draíocht is delighted to announce that we are in receipt of a 2021 Arts Council Capacity Building grant.

This support will enable us engage Dr. Francesca La Morgia to work with us to develop an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy/Strategy, informed by research and responding to needs.

Central to this, will be the incIusion of diverse communities/artists in the development of the policy, research, needs assessment and arising programmes.

The development of a network of locally based diverse artists to inform policy/programme on an ongoing basis is envisaged as one outcome of this programme.
