Jess Rowell - Dance Artist in Residence 2022

23 February 2022
News Update 16 04 Jess Rowell

Building on Jess Rowell’s 2020 and 2021 Dance Residencies in Draíocht, this third and final year will see Rowell continue her work with Draíocht’s Create Dance group (young people with intellectual disabilities), and support dance artist Brian McSweeney develop his choreographic practice.

Rowell will also work with dance artist Hayley Earlam and a group of professional dancers of mixed abilities to develop a piece to ‘work in progress’ stage.

Jess Rowell’s Dance Residency 2020, 2021 & 2022 in Draíocht is supported by The Arts Council, with additional funding provided by Fingal County Council & Draíocht.
