CCI Draíocht Residency Reflections - Monica Muñoz
Monica Muñoz - Summer 2025
Summer Visual Artist Residency Programme
June, July, August 2025
Further to it's Open Call earlier this year, Draíocht has awarded two residencies for its Artists Studio for the Summer months to two Fingal Artists.
Eileen O'Sullivan - June & July 2025
Eileen O’Sullivan is a Fingal artist who is excited by painting. Recently, she has been investigating the intersections between acts of repair in the home, the displays in hardware shops and haberdasheries, and the value assigned to objects in galleries. Her work occupies a space between painting, DIY, and craft, questioning traditional hierarchies of artistic labour and the commodification of making.
Nicole Manning - August 2025
Nicole Manning is a Dublin based painter and recent graduate of NCAD. Inspired by the mind-body connection and the interplay between the physical and psychological, her work explores the external expression of inner turmoil within the human experience.

The purpose of the Visual Artist Residency Programme is primarily to provide time and space for an artist to develop their practice in a comfortable, practical and supportive environment. This Residency consists of the use of Draíocht’s Visual Artist’s Studio, rent free with an additional payment of €500 per month.
We look forward to welcoming both artists to the Studio.
