Anxiety is a normal and important part of our lives. We need to be able to get anxious to keep safe, but sometimes teenagers and children can get so anxious that it prevents them from doing regular things in their everyday lives.
In this presentation, David will focus on understanding how anxiety affects children, teenagers and families and will give concrete and practical tips for how to help children deal with the stresses and pressures in their lives.
Known for his blend of expertise, humour and a common sense approach to helping children and teenagers to grow and develop to their full potential, Clinical Psychologist, Broadcaster and Author David Coleman gets invited by schools, parents’ associations, companies, childcare committees, community groups and others to come and share what he knows about children, teenagers and families.
