Artist in your Classroom - Bringing Fairytales to Life

These interactive theatre based workshops in your school will bring themes of well-loved and known fairytales right into your classroom. These workshops introduce pupils to the wonderful world of imaginative storytelling and fun collective group games. The workshop will explore ways of engaging the imagination, of thinking creatively, seeing, listening and expressing yourself through theatre games. Pupils will work together towards a common goal of creating a short performance based on stories they already know and which will give them the opportunity to experience the creation of something from nothing!

Workshop Notes & Bookings:
Workshops can take place from 01 Nov - 09 Dec 2022 on a date of your choosing.
Closing date for Bookings is 11 Nov 2022.

Age Range:
Adaptable to all primary pupils
Junior/Senior Infants: 4 x 25 min workshops with 4 different Class Groups
2nd Class Upwards: 3 x 1 hour workshops with 3 different Class Groups

The programme is offered on a first come first served basis and is restricted to schools within the Dublin 15 area.

Cost per day: €90. All materials are provided.
Subject to artist availability, the above subsidised workshop rate is limited to two days per school.
