The late Bridget Flannery was endlessly curious about the natural world around her. Our exhibition of her work ‘Unquiet Layers’ is about her adventures exploring that world. 

Discover the gallery in a whole new way with Bridget's Sticks and Stones - Gallery Explore Bag - a hands-on, curiosity-driven activity designed for families. Inspired by the Unquiet Layers exhibition, this bag is filled with intriguing objects and creative prompts to spark conversation and exploration.

Created by Dr. Lucy Elvis in collaboration with philosophers from CURO and AIRE, the Gallery Explore Bag invites you to engage with Bridget’s abstract landscapes through playful activities and thoughtful questions.

The Gallery Explore Bag is available to borrow from Box Office from the 16th of October, 10am-4pm daily, for the course of the exhibition. Please allow around 30 minutes to enjoy your Explore Bag experience, and kindly return all items when you're finished. Explore Bags are limited, please enquire at the box office.
