Creative Yoga Workshop

The body is our first artistic tool! Through gentle Kripalu Yoga, join certified yoga instructor Alissa Tedeschi, who will show children how to explore inner calm and connect with nature using playful poses, breathing exercises, and storytelling. A welcoming practice that nurtures body, mind, and imagination through creative movement and mindful play. 

Suitable for all children, no experience is necessary.

Workshop Notes:
These workshops are designed for children aged 4-6 years. Please respect age limits as each workshop has been designed especially for this age range. 
For these sessions a max of 2 parents/guardians can accompanying each child (without siblings).
